Sara Broghamer Chief Operations Officer Easiway Systems, Inc.

Sara Broghamer is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Easiway Systems, a leading company specializing in screen cleaning chemicals and solutions. She plays a key role in overseeing the company's operations while driving innovation and sustainability in the screen printing industry. In addition to her work at Easiway, Sara is the co-founder of Bluewater Labs, which focuses on automated screen room solutions. Residing in Minnesota with her family, she is actively engaged in her community, balancing her professional leadership with a commitment to making a positive impact locally.

Ann Crum Managing Director, President Phoenix Inkjet & Colour Solutions LLC

Ann Crum is the owner of Phoenix Inkjet & Colour Solutions LLC, a worldwide digital inkjet ink and consumables supplier to the printing industry. Her background is diverse and touches many applications of digital print including high speed transactional/transpromo, direct mail, textile, POP, food, and packaging to name a few.

She believes that working on equipment is critical to understanding problem solving and driving the industry forward. She tirelessly drives customer satisfaction and believes in building strong partnerships with all of the Phoenix Inkjet customers.

Work-life-balance is important to Ann. In her spare time, she trains and competes in competitive dog sports including AKC Agility, all breed Lure Coursing, and FastCat. Additionally, she serves as an advisor to the Mu Lambda chapter of Chi Omega at the University of Dayton.

She holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. She is proud to be supporting women as they gain experience in leadership roles and looks forward to building a strong network of women in the printing industry.

Jaime Herand Vice President of Graphic Operations Orbus

Jaime is a highly driven operations and business executive with 20 years of experience in manufacturing printed graphics, tradeshow displays and event solutions. Recognized as an exceptional leader with strong strategic planning capabilities, functional team building and an ability to make operational improvements that will drive revenue and profitability.

Since joining Orbus in January 2005, Jaime has played an instrumental role in Orbus’ growth to a market-leader for exhibit and tradeshow displays. She currently oversees Graphic Operations for the Enterprise, Custom Tradeshow Solutions and the Continuous Improvement program.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities at Orbus, she sits on the PRINTING United Alliance Board of Directors and the Women in Print Alliance Advisory Council. Jaime has been widely quoted in several print and digital publications, including Wide-Format Impressions, Sign & Digital Graphics, Exhibit City News, Sign Builder Illustrated, Printing News, My Print Resource, and Digital Output.

Adrienne Palmer Editor-in-Chief DTF.com

Adrienne Palmer is the editor-in-chief of DTF Printing, a digital media company dedicated to helping apparel decorators in the direct-to-film space grow their businesses and brands. She has nearly 11 years of experience in the print industry. Previously, she was the editor-in-chief of Big Picture and Screen Printing magazines where she spearheaded the annual Women in Print Awards and Best of Wide Format Awards; launched The Mentorship Project; hosted the Screen Saver podcast; and represented the magazines at numerous industry events year-round as a speaker, moderator, and panelist.

She is a 2019 Folio: Top Women in Media award winner, the secretary of U.N.I.T.E. Together (a diversity and inclusion program for the print industry and beyond), and is on the board of the North American Specialty Printing Manufacturers Association.

Elaine Scrima Vice President of Operations GSP Companies

Elaine Scrima has been with GSP for over 20 years serving in various capacities as an integral part of GS's success and growth. She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for overseeing a staff of 350+ located across three production facilities in Clearwater, Florida; Lenexa, KS, Provo, Utah; and Madison, Wisconsin.

Her team successfully produces and ships 60,000 marketing kits to stores across North America and internationally every month. In addition to helping GSP achieve G7® Master Qualification status for over a decade, she has also led her team to win multiple prestigious Golden Image awards for printing excellence from PRINTING United Alliance. She has held various positions at GSP including Account Executive, Customer Service Manager and Director of Human Resources.

Prior to GSP, she held management positions in foodservice and franchising organizations. Elaine has a BA in Communications from the University of Akron. She currently serves on the PRINTING United Alliance Board of Directors, Women in Print Alliance Advisory Council and the Signs of Times' Editorial Advisory Board.

In 2016 she was a finalist for the Tampa Bay Businesswomen of the Year Award and was one of five women recognized by Big Picture magazine as a Women in Print Award winner also in 2016. In 2023, she was inducted into the Ben Franklin Honor Society. The Ben Franklin Honor Society (BFHS) recognizes and honors industry leaders who have made lasting contributions to the printing and graphic communications industries.

Tiffany Rader Operations and Technical Products Manager Roeder Industries

Tiffany Rader is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of expertise in the screen-printing industry. She serves as the Operations and Technical Product Manager at Roeder Industries, a leading garment screen print supply company based in Orlando, Florida, and is the Owner and Operator of RedHeaded Step Shirt, a consulting firm specializing in operational excellence and technical training for the textile screen printing sector.

Previously, Tiffany was the co-owner of Allusive Butterfly, an award-winning contract screen print company renowned for its mastery of simulated process printing and special effects. Her career highlights include teaching at major trade shows and contributing insightful articles to respected industry publications, showcasing her commitment to advancing the craft and business of screen printing.

Tiffany's extensive experience spans working with start-ups and established businesses, including large multi-automatic production shops. She excels in designing and delivering customized training programs, empowering both individuals and teams to achieve operational efficiency and creative excellence. Whether working one-on-one or addressing large audiences, Tiffany is passionate about fostering growth and innovation within the screen printing community.

Lauren Tarbet Coordinator, Distribution and Print Services Pflugerville Independent School District

Lauren Tarbet is the Coordinator for Distribution and Printing Services at Pflugerville Independent School District, where she leads a large print shop with eight full-time employees and a distribution center with five full-time employees. Before coming to PFISD, Lauren received her B.S from Texas State University in 2008 and moved to Austin before entering the retail printing industry in 2009.

Lauren joined Pflugerville ISD in 2013 as a print technician and a few short months later acquired the department as the supervisor. In 2021 Lauren became the coordinator for both the print shop as well as the distribution center. Lauren enjoys coming up with new ways to increase productivity and efficiency for her print shop, by implementing new products and processes. When Lauren is not busy printing for the district, she enjoys creating custom documents and products for individual campuses.

Lauren likes to see the bigger picture and plans to continue growing with Pflugerville ISD for years to come.

Lane Hickey-Wiggins President and CEO Douglass Screen Printers Inc dba DPRINT

Lane Kathryn Hickey-Wiggins is the President and CEO at Douglass Screen Printers, Inc. dba DPRINT, a screen and digital printing company based in Lakeland, Florida. The firm was named in DiversityBusiness.com's Top 500 Women-Owned Businesses in the United States and Top 100 Diversity-Owned Businesses in Florida, is a Top Printer to the U.S. Government Publishing Office, and in 2012, was the first screen and digital printer in Florida to become "green" certified through Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP).

Mrs. Hickey-Wiggins is a member of the Polk County Kid's Tag Art Steering Committee and the Go For The Greens Foundation Board of Directors. She is currently serving as President of Explorations V Children's Museum Board of Directors. She is actively serving for the PRINTING United Alliance (PrUA) Board of Directors, PrUA’s Sustainability, Safety, Health and Personnel Advisory Council, and Co-Chair of PrUA's Women in Print Alliance Advisory Council.

She is an alumna member of the Women President's Organization and a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners CIRCLE.

Mrs. Hickey-Wiggins holds an AA in Business Administration from Polk Community College, a BFA in Art History from Savannah College of Art & Design, and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
