Kevin Kauth is a Technical Sales Representative for Chromaline Screen Print Products and has been with the company for 14 years. Prior to his time at Chromaline he held the Applications Specialist position at SEFAR. With his vast screen room knowledge, he has taught numerous seminars on emulsion and the stencil making process. Dr. Ken Macro is a professor in the Graphic Communication Department at The California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. He leads courses in management (production, operations, human resources), marketing and sales, and entrepreneurialism. He specializes in innovative product development, Lean manufacturing, knowledge management, and epistemology. He is an avid bibliophile and has an affinity for print history and incunabula. He has started four small businesses and has held various leadership roles in the graphic communication and healthcare industries.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith Business School, and upon completion of his academic career, immediately began his business career with Corporate Press. He rose through the ranks and assumed complete command of the operation within the last five years through an orderly transition process. During that time he worked closely with his father and former Chairman of the Board of PIA, Michael Marcian, Sr. and a staff and employee team of over 150 and achieved his ultimate goal of following in his father’s footsteps as leader of Corporate Press.
Under his leadership, Corporate has embraced and acted upon technological and business climate changes on a regular basis with positive results to the bottom line. Michael believes his personal mission to empower and encourage his employees to make the decisions necessary to move the business forward. Michael is not afraid to challenge himself or his company to take on new products or services like Job On, a technology and innovative approach that offer employers a different way to attract and select new employees.
After a successful sale of Corporate Press (CCG), Michael is currently the President of Linemark, based in Upper Marlboro, MD. As the leader of the company, Michael not only has fiduciary responsibility to the company and employees, but also is responsible for creating and executing the mission statement that drives all aspects of the business. He is the person responsible for anticipating and then implementing the change in strategies as the needs and wants of clients change.
While proud of his many business achievements, he is equally proud of the life he shares with his wife of 28 years, Angie and their two children, Collin, and Erin. When he is not totally plugged into the business, he enjoys watching both kids on their respective sports fields, golf, cycling and running, in that order.
Bruce Leigh Myers, Ph.D. earned his Doctorate in Graphic Communications with nearly forty years of extensive industry experience at AGFA, Kean University, New York University, and X-Rite. Currently serving as resident Associate Professor and Academic Program Director in the Department of Packaging and Graphic Media Science at Rochester Institute of Technology.
Jeff serves as President of Acchroma, Inc., a wide format graphics, durable and industrial labels company, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2023, Acchroma celebrated its 50th anniversary in business. The company’s wide format division specializes in the production of seasonal and permanent retail graphics for major retailers throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to his leadership role at Acchroma, Jeff served as President of Gen Media Partners where he lead the executive team to formulate a new vision and strategic direction, successfully repositioning the organization as a differentiated competitor in the advertising industry. His background also included working as Controller and CFO in the real estate investment and property management industries.
Hitoshi Ujiie is a professor at Thomas Jefferson University. He launched the Center for Excellence in Surface Imaging to research advanced surface imaging technologies. He has been invited to give keynote addresses and published for worldwide audiences. Hitoshi received a B.F.A from Kyoto Seika University in Japan and an M.F.A from the University of Georgia.
Lauren Vore is the Director of Sales Enablement for Eastman Kodak Company. She has over 25 years of experience in marketing, content development, brand management and consumer education. Her experience has been on both sides of the printing equation, as a B2B consumer and provider.
Mike Wagner is the Chief Innovation Officer at Butler Technologies, Inc. with more than 30 years of manufacturing experience. During his career, He has held positions in Engineering, R&D, Quality, Sales, and Senior Management. He has spent more than 25 years working exclusively with Industrial Printing, Membrane Switches, and Printed Electronics.
Mike has dedicated many years of service to SGIA/PRINTING United Alliance, holding positions on the Industrial Applications & Printed Electronics committee and the Board of Directors. He also serves on the advisory board for Engineering curriculum at Butler County Community College.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1991 and completed the Indiana University of Pennsylvania MBA Certificate Program in 2010. Mike is passionate about passing along all he has learned in the print industry to the next generation and using print to improve the lives of others.
Dan Wilson is Vice President of Marketing and Customer Development at Roland DGA, a leading provider of digital imaging technology utilized throughout various industries worldwide. With over 25 years of experience in visual communications, Dan has a passion for the power of print to inform and inspire people.
