Jason Ahart, Vice President of Production Operations at Moss, has over 25 years of expertise in exhibit production and printing. Joining Moss in 1999, he has made significant contributions across the business. Fueled by a commitment to innovation, Jason continuously advances Moss's state-of-the-art production processes.
Brooke Hamilton is the President and CEO of NPI printing and nameplates, producers of high-quality printing and product identification products. Following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, she is now the third generation of female leaders for the organization.
Under Brooke’s leadership, NPI has expanded its services and product offerings by investing over $3 million in new and advanced-technology equipment. This progress, coupled with additional leadership training, marketing efforts, certifications, and rebranding, has positioned the company to be successful in the modern market.
NPI was also the Tulsa Regional Chamber Manufacturer of the year in 2016. In the past, she won the Women in Manufacturing Step Ahead Award, the Tulsa Business and Legal News Women of Distinction award and was recognized as a Top 40 under 40 by the Tulsa People Magazine.
Brooke has served on the PRINTING United Alliance’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee since 2018, currently serving as the Board Chair. She serves on the Tulsa Regional Chamber, Tulsa Small Business Connection board, and is a member of the TRC Manufacturers Council. She also serves as a board member for the Port Authority, via a mayoral appointment.
In her time away from NPI, Brooke enjoys golfing, traveling, and relaxing with her 14-year-old son Conley, fiancé John, and French bulldogs Stella and Annie.
Brian is currently Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Image Options. As a seasoned leader in the printing and surface imaging industry with a career spanning decades of innovation and sustainability. He has played a pivotal role in positioning the company as a global leader in surface imaging, display, and visual communications. Image Options is recognized for its commitment to sustainable practices, including becoming the first large-format digital facility in California to achieve Sustainable Green Printing (SGP) Certification.
Brian’s expertise extends across industries including event, exhibit and experiential environments and specialized graphics production, with a focus on integrating creative executions and lean methodologies.
Prior to co-founding Image Options, he held senior positions in the exhibit industry, where he honed his skills in production and creative innovation.
Richard Lowe is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Franchise Services, Inc. He has more than 30 years of experience with many Franchise Services brands serving as President of Sir Speedy, Director of Copies Now, Vice President of franchise services and Senior Vice President of the print management group. Lowe started his career in the printing industry as a copy products sales representative for Eastman Kodak.
Michael Magerl grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of a neighborhood grocery store owner and is the youngest of five siblings. After graduating from high school, he moved to Houston, Texas to attend business school at the University of Houston. Graduating in 1988 he was hired by Consolidated Graphics and was the first member of the Consolidated executive training program. It was during this time that he met and married his wife, Beth. After six years with Consolidated they moved back to Kansas City starting a position in sales at Trabon Printing Company. In 2004 he was promoted to Sales Manager and in 2008 was promoted to President, a role which he still serves today.
Trabon specializes in the printing of menus and other marketing collateral using custom built software for over 100 national restaurant brands. Michael has held the position of Chairman of the PIA MidAmerica Board as well as having a board position for the PIA national board.
Joe Olivo is the President of Perfect Communications a full-service commercial printing company located in Moorestown, NJ. Perfect specializes in direct mail and integrated digital marketing for the gaming and non-profit industry. He has previously served on government affairs committee of a large national business association and has testified before Congress several times on issues that affect small business.
Danny Sweem as Chief Executive Officer of M & R Printing Equipment, Inc. dutifully accepting the reins from its founders Rich and Elizabeth Hoffman. He brings 30 plus years of insight and vision of the garment decoration industry. Before guiding M&R, Sweem served as Vice President of Rutland Plastics Technologies and Vice President of Nazdar SourceOne's Textile Inks Business Unit. At Nazdar SourceOne, his responsibilities included the textile ink product portfolio, customer relationships, sales strategies, working with the technical support team, and vendor relationships.

Bradley L. Thompson II is chairman and CEO of the Detroit Legal News Company and its commercial printing company, Inland Press. Inland specializes in serving the print communication needs of local governments, unions, non-profits, and businesses in the Southeastern Michigan region in addition to providing campaign and political printing throughout the United States.
