PRINTING United celebrates women’s contributions to printing industry

Labels & Labeling highlights PRINTING United Alliance's Women's History Month initiatives throughout the month of March through the Women in Print Alliance and across Alliance media channels. Women in Print Alliance will offer even more ways for women in the industry to connect, including at this year's annual Women in Print Alliance Luncheon at PRINTING United Expo, taking place in Las Vegas. Also, for the third year in a row, Printing Impressions will present a special podcast series hosted by Editorial Director, Denise Gustavson, honoring women in the printing industry. Label industry prepares for conflicting Labelexpo Americas, PRINTING United

Label & Narrow Web caught up with Mark Subers, president, Events and Exhibitions, PRINTING United Alliance, and Tasha Ventimiglia, Americas Event Director, Tarsus Group to discuss the conflicting industry leading events – Labelexpo Americas and PRINTING United Expo. Due to a scheduling conflict, both conferences will take place at the same time from September 10-12, but in different locations, with Labelexpo Americas taking place in Rosemont, IL and PRINTING United Expo in Las Vegas, NV.

2024 prospects and predictions

There's plenty on the horizon for 2024, including the return of drupa from its Covid-enforced hiatus. 2024 won’t be all about drupa though as this Digital Labels & Packaging article indicates. The industry will also be tackling supply chain challenges, financial struggles and investment hesitancy.
